We are able to send replacements for male buckle carrier pieces only.
If your carrier is still within its one-year limited warranty period, we may be able to replace the male buckle at no cost to you, simply send over your proof of purchase and your shipping address!
If any other piece on your carrier is broken, it may fall under our limited one-year warranty. Please contact our Care Team so they can check on the warranty by emailing email@example.com.
