We are able to send replacements for male buckle carrier pieces only. If any other piece on your carrier is broken, it may fall under our limited one-year warranty. Please contact us with your proof of purchase and photos of the broken piece, so we can assist!
If your carrier is still within its one-year limited warranty period, we will be able to replace the male buckle at no cost to you, simply send over your proof of purchase and your shipping address!
