No cancellations or changes can be made to orders placed with expedited (2-Day) shipping.
We cannot guarantee cancellation or order updates once an order has been placed.
Once an order has been sent to our shipping department and is in processing, it cannot be changed or canceled.
To inquire if your order is eligible for cancellation, requests must be emailed to help@babytula.com. The subject line of your email should read “Cancel Order #####”.
Please include your order number in both the subject line of your email as well as the body of your email.
Please do not click "Yes, Close my request" on your automated response email if you are requesting a cancellation. Doing so will solve your Customer Care Ticket, and we will not process your cancellation. If you clicked, "Yes, Close my request" please send us a new and separate email with your cancellation request.
Once your order has been canceled, we are unable to reactivate that same purchase again, so please be sure to only email a cancellation request if you are sure that you do not wish to proceed with your order.
Once your order has been canceled, you will receive a confirmation email and your refund will be processed through your original method of payment. Refunds are placed immediately, however, they may take 3 - 5 business days to be processed by your banking institution and returned to your account.
