All cancellation requests must be emailed to email@example.com. The subject line of your email should read “Cancel Order #####”. Please include your order number in both the subject line of your email as well as the body of your email.
Please do not click "Yes, Close my request" on your automated response email if you are requesting a cancellation. Doing so will solve out your email, and we will not process your cancellation. If you clicked, "Yes, Close my request" please send us a new and separate email with your cancellation request.
Once your order has been cancelled, we are unable to reactivate that same purchase again, so please be sure to only email a cancellation request if you are sure that you do not wish to proceed with your order.
Orders can only be cancelled within 3 hours of your purchase.
No cancellations can be made to orders placed during any promotion, or on products that are a part of our Last Chance collection.
No cancellations or changes can be made to orders placed with expedited shipping.
Once your order has been cancelled, you will receive a confirmation email and your refund will be processed through your original method of payment. Refunds are placed immediately, however, they may take 3 - 5 business days to be processed by your banking institution and returned to your account.
