If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your carrier within 30 days for a full refund.
If you require some assistance with the fit of your carrier, simply contact our Customer Care team for a virtual personalized fit check by emailing help@babytula.com. Our Care Team is happy to assist you with a fit check, returns, or exchanges for store credit.
Carriers purchased secondhand or from a third-party seller, or that have been altered in any way (i.e., monogrammed, painted, embroidered, etc - or other after-market alterations) are not eligible for return to Baby Tula.
Blankets & Accessories:
New unused blankets and accessories purchased through Baby Tula directly may be returned for a full refund, or exchanged for store credit, within 30 days of receipt.
Blankets must be unused and returned with their original packaging.
Accessories include but are not limited to Infant Inserts, Replacement Parts, Tula Mini, Hooded Towels, Hip Pouches, and Wrap Scrap.
Instructions on how to return an item:
Please submit returns through our return portal found here. A return will only be accepted if the customer has requested the return through our online portal.
Any package returned without a return authorization through the portal and without a valid return label issued by Baby Tula may be refused.
Once the original item(s) are received at Baby Tula, you will receive a credit to your original form of payment. Please allow 5 - 7 business days for Baby Tula to process your return and refund your credit card upon receipt.
