General Policies: Returns and Cancellations
A valid proof of purchase from Baby Tula is necessary for all returns. We can only accept returns purchased from babytula.com and babytula.com.au.
North America - Babytula.com: Please submit returns through our return portal found here.
Australia - Babytula.com.au: Please submit returns through our return portal found here.
Any item that is a counterfeit, has been washed, altered, or purchased secondhand will not be accepted for return.
No cancellations or changes can be made to orders. Before placing your order, please double-check your purchase and shipping address. Once an order has been placed, we cannot modify or cancel it.

Items that are refused for delivery/returned to sender may be subject to fees incurred by the courier.
Returns Policy
All Tula Carriers and Ring Slings
Returns and Exchanges within 30 days: You may return all new/unused carriers and ring slings, in their original packaging, within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Purchase must be made from Baby Tula directly. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
BOGO Promotion
Should you wish to return an order that is a part of our Buy One Get One Free Promotion, you must return both the full-price carrier AND the Tula Lite.
Accessories and Blankets
New, unused blankets that are purchased through Baby Tula may be returned for a full refund, if returned in their original packaging, within 30 days of purchase. Purchase must be made from Baby Tula directly. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
Return Instructions
US Returns: Once you've submitted your return through our automated returns portal, you will receive a Baby Tula-issued return label at the email address associated with the order. Print the return label and apply it to the outside of the package to be returned.
Any package returned without a valid return label issued by Baby Tula clearly will not be accepted.
Please allow up to 10 business days from receipt at our warehouse for your return to be processed. Your refunds will be applied to the original form of payment, minus any charges for return shipping and handling.
International Returns: All returns outside of the United States are "self-ship." Baby Tula requires all returned products to be mailed through a courier service that provides tracking info.
Once you've shipped your return, please email your return tracking to our Customer Care Team at help@babytula.com.
Unfortunately, without tracking information we are unable to process a refund, and we are not responsible for items not received without a tracking number.
Cancellations
No cancellations or changes can be made once an order has been placed. Before placing your order, please be sure to double-check your purchase items and shipping address. Once the order is placed, we are not able to modify or cancel the order.

Please note that Baby Tula reserves the right to cancel any order, upon notice to you. Any order canceled by Baby Tula will not be shipped and will be fully refunded.
